Speaking during an interview today (5th September, 2023) on Beat 97.9 FM, Hon Balogun Danjuma the Convener of the Ibadan Tech Expo, noted that the vision of the Ibadan Tech Expo is to redefine the Tech landscape in Oyo State, by putting the Tech communities in Oyo State in the national and global scene.
Hon Danjuma further noted that, “This conference is set to change the perception of Tech in Ibadan and how much value we can offer“. He also confirmed that this event will continue as an annual tradition, in line with the initial plan, “We have a 10 year plan for this project and are very open to sponsorships.”
The Convener also expressed heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming support from the Ibadan Community for the upcoming event, especially the generous partnership of the Oyo State Government. Hon. Danjuma also added that the event has garnered over 70 sponsors and partners and recorded registrations from over 5000 participants since its announcement in June.
