Gunmen on Wednesday morning kidnapped the Ikeja Local Government Clerk, Shamsideen Abiodun Omotayo. Omotayo was whisked away at Imota, Ikorodu, while on his way to work, spokesman for the local council secretariat, Bello Onilegbale said.
