Domino pizza,under the Eat N’Go Africa franchise, has concluded plans to reward its customers, particularly those in the Apapa axis, in a mega sales week from today,November 2 till November 5 in a Buy One Get One Free sales promotion.
The sales week is part of the plans of the quick service restaurant (QSR), to dispel rumours that the brand’s products are expensive and also to let the residents have a feel of the quality products and services that makes it stands out from other brands.
This much was disclosed by the Marketing Coordinator, Mrs Ufuoma Ogeleka, at the press parley held at the restaurant in Apapa , as she took reporters on how the brand has become a mainstay in the country and quickly expanding.
Ogeleka said the brand is committed to being the number one Pizza restaurant in every neighbourhood it goes to, as it does not just pick a location, set up shop and make sales, but also work hard at being a part of the community through its various corporate social responsibilities.
She said the last sales week was at Saka Tinubu,two weeks ago and it is moved to Apapa to let people taste the brand and there would be an after sales promotion which is to thank the customers for placing an order with them with discounts on purchases made.
“The selling point of the brand is that all we do is pizza production and nothing else, unlike other brands that sees pizza as add-ons to their menu and this is why we gaining ground globally and across the country with branches springing up. We are passionate, committed to what we do which Nigerians noticed and the why we are being patronized”, she asserts.
Ogeleka said although Domino pizza is known more for its home delivery services, the dream is to have the restaurants filled regularly in line with the peculiarity of Nigerians who loves to go out and have fun.
The District Operation Manager, Apapa, Mr Dhawal Panchal in a tour of the restaurant, said making a pizza undergoes five stages, which are the order taking stage, pizza making stage,oven tending stage,cut and box stage and the delivery stage.
He said they have to be strict in ensuring quality as there is an Operation Evaluation Report (OER) team that comes in to see how the restaurant prepare the pizza and monitors the environment and if found wanting, they would be penalized.
