The officials of ABUJA Municipal Area Council (AMAC), yesterday sealed the Discovery Mall located at Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja over unpaid tenement rate of N3.5million.
According to our reporter who was at the venue, law enforcement agents ordered business owners as well as customers out of the mall.
According to our findings, each shops pays a minimum of N1.2million as rent per annum to managers of the mall and there are over 50 shops there including halls and warehouses.
Shops like Martin Electronics and others pay over N15million per annum
