Braithwaite dies at 82

Elder statesman and founder of the defunct Nigeria Advanced Party (NAP) Dr. Tunji Braithwaite is dead.

The 82-year-old lawyer reportedly died Monday morning after a brief illness at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos.
